All Events Occur in 2024 @ Brescia University College – 1285 Western Road, London, ON
Enter the building via the Mother St James Auditorium entrance.  (Click on map below).

Park in Lot A.   Accessible parking is available in Lot C  – Click for details – Parking is Free for this event

Note: The Brescia Mercato Cafeteria hours: till 7PM on Friday night.  9am onwards on Saturday.  Students may also bring their own lunch.

Friday	Start	End	Grades 4 – 6
PM	5:45	6:30	Register and set up your project.  Projects will also go thru a Safety Check during this time.
	6:30	7:10	Exhibition of Project to Reviewers / Student Activity  : Half the participants will Exhibit their project while the other half do an activity
	7:20	8:00	Exhibition of Project to Reviewers / Student Activity  : The other half the participants will Exhibit their project while the first half do an activity
	8:15	9:00	Public Viewing
	9:00	9:00	Students take down their projects
	9:30	9:30	Unclaimed projects will be discarded
Saturday	Start	End	Grades 7 – 12
AM	8:00	9:00	Sign in and set up your project.  Projects will also go thru a Safety Check during this time
	9:30	11:30	Judging Round One
	11:30	1:00	Lunch (Students may bring their own packed lunch, or purchase food in the Mercato (Cafeteria)
PM	1:00	2:00	Public Viewing and Round Two of Judging (if required)
Sunday	Start	End	Results Announced – Award Pickup – Canada Wide Meeting
AM	10:00	10:00	Fair results/winners are posted to https://tvsef.ca.  Due to space constraints, there is no in person awards ceremony this year.
PM	3:30	5:00	Award winners pick up their awards at Brescia.
	4:00	5:00	Winners of trips to the Canada Wide Science Fair, and their parents, meet with TVSEF at Brescia to talk next steps.
