The projects will be displayed in the Faculty of Education Building (FEB) Gymnasium.
The Awards Ceremony on Sunday will be in the Faculty of Education (FEB) Auditorium.

NB. All Students must bring their own lunch on Saturday. There is no cafeteria in the building.

Friday Start End No student events Friday evening.
PM 4:00 5:30 COMMITTEE AND VOLUNTEERS ONLY. Tables, cloths and electrical outlets are set up in FEB Gymnasium. NO EXHIBITORS

  8:00 9:00 Register and set up your project.
  9:30 11:30 Exhibition of Project to Reviewers
  11:30 11:45 Split into groups. These will be pre-assigned. Workshop schedule
  11:45 12:30 Lunch: NB: Lunch is NOT provided.  Students must bring their own packed lunch. You cannot buy your lunch onsite.

  4:00 4:30 Take down your exhibit, and return home.
  4:30 5:00 Tables and chairs will be stacked for pickup.
  5:00 5:15 Unclaimed Exhibits will be discarded.
