I developed the Smart SnowBot System for seniors and people who want to save time from shoveling snow. The Smart SnowBot System is an automated, user-friendly, and customizable system. The auto start system for the robot allows it to start plowing snow whenever the snow gets deep. The user friendly interface is made for non-technical users like seniors. The customization features make the snow removal more effective by ensuring the SnowBot only plows designated areas. I hope to make this project a solution to be used by Canadian families during snowy winters. It would help reduce injuries due to snow shovelling and promote people’s safety and independence.
