COLD PLASMA: the cooler way to disinfect

My project is about cold plasma (also known as non-equilibrium plasma or nonthermal plasma) and more specifically about how applying cold plasma to bacteria can slow or stop the growth of bacteria. I wanted to see if I could create cold plasma at home, using items I had available to me and if it could be a disinfectant.
