How are manual braking systems and automatic braking systems affected by speed?

This project compares the stopping distance of an autonomous vehicle to one that is manually controlled. To achieve this, a robotic vehicle, Tassi Dynamics, was built, tested, and controlled by an Arduino microcontroller. Tassi Dynamics was programmed to recognize obstacles and stop 30cm away using sensors, motors, and other electronic parts. The vehicle was evaluated through trial and error using Arduino software.
