Judging for the Exhibitors<\/h2>\n

ATTENDANCE<\/strong>
\nExhibitors must be present during the judging of their projects. Judges may request a demonstration of any working parts and\/or a verbal explanation of a part or the whole of the exhibit.<\/p>\n

THE JUDGES<\/strong>
\nJudges will be appointed by the Thames Valley Science & Engineering Fair Chief Judge. They are selected from Faculty, Teachers, Professional Scientists, Graduate Students, and Undergraduate students. The decision of the judges is final.<\/p>\n

TIMETABLE<\/strong>
\nThe judging timetable can be found in the Schedule.<\/a><\/p>\n

WAITING<\/strong>
\nJudging involves long waits by participants. While the judging teams will do their utmost to keep the waiting time to a minimum, we recommend that the participants bring a book to read during these periods.<\/p>\n
