Registration – Do Not Use. Obsolete.

All registration is done on line by the student. Registration opens on January 16, 2017 and closes on March 10, 2017 at 11:59 pm..

Students who have not completed on-line registration by this closing date will not be allowed to participate in the science fair for these reasons.

REGISTERING FOR THE FAIR

Any student in grades 4 – 12 can enter the science fair. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. When we have the maximum number of projects that we can accommodate in our space, we will no longer be able to accept new registrations.

To register, send an e-mail with your full name, grade, and school to [email protected]. Within 48 hours, you will receive in return an email with full instructions on how to access your account and complete registration. It is done online. When you have finished the online registration, you must send in a permission form.

Grades 4 – 5 will participate in non-competitive display and activities only. Grades 6 – 12 will participate in the competitive fair.

Please note that elementary schools may send a maximum of 25 Grades 6-8 projects, and 15 Grade 4-5 projects.

If you do not get a response within 48 hours, we did not receive your email. In this case, please phone the TVSEF at 519-691-6892 and leave a detailed message with your name and phone number. In your message, say your phone number slowly and then repeat it.
